Dr. Ray Buglione is a life long resident and active member of the Vestal community. He is married with five children and is actively involved with coaching youth athletics, CYO programs and as a member of the Parish Council at St. Vincent de Paul Church, Vestal, NY. Other personal activities he enjoys include skiing, fishing and golf.
