Dr. Michael Buglione is a life-long resident of Vestal, NY. After graduating from Vestal Central High School in 1975, Dr. Buglione attended the University of Rochester where he received a BS degree in Biology. He then completed a post graduate education at Georgetown University before enrolling in the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After graduating with a DDS degree in 1983, Dr. Mike returned to the community that gave him his start and early education.
In 1983 Dr. Mike partnered with his father, Dr. Anthony Buglione, in his established dental practice to form Vestal Dental Associates. Dentistry has always been Dr. Mike’s passion. Early on, he realized that in order to provide the best care possible, it would require a commitment to continuing education. His focus has been on cosmetic dentistry and prosthodontics ---creating personalized treatment plans for his patients and delivering them in the most gentle and caring way possible
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Buglione loves to travel and experience different cultures. He enjoys outdoor activities and especially skiing and hiking, as well as landscape design.
Dr. Raymond Buglione was born and raised in Vestal, NY. After graduating from Vestal Senior High in 1976, Dr. Ray attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C. where he earned his BS in Biology in 1980. Dr. Ray soon enrolled in dental school at the Virginia Commonwealth School of Dentistry in Richford VA.
After graduating in 1984, Dr. Ray returned home to the Southern Tier and joined his brother, Michael and his father, Anthony to form Vestal Dental Associates.
Dr. Ray’s passion for dentistry is grounded in his desire to build lasting relationships with his patients, many of whom he has been treating for well over 30 years.
Having experienced the rapid evolution in dental technology, Dr. Ray embraces changes in equipment and techniques as a way to provide better care for his patients.
After being involved in coaching youth athletics for many years, Dr. Ray now enjoys a little more relaxed life after work, enjoying golf, tennis, hiking and kayaking on the lake or just spending time with his family.
Dr. Nolan Robinson was born and raised in the Southern Tier, and is proud to be serving our hometown community. He is a graduate of nearby Hobart College, where he earned his bachelor of science in chemistry and was a two-year captain for the football team. Dr. Robinson began his career in dentistry at the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the OKU National Dental Honor Society. He then completed an Advanced General Dentistry Residency at The Ohio State University and remained in Columbus, Ohio with a private practice for over a year before returning to the Binghamton area.
Dr. Robinson believes in a comprehensive medical approach to achieving optimal dental health. He has a passion for implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and working with the latest advances in dental technology. As an advisor and guest lecturer, Dr. Robinson works with students and faculty at Binghamton University, specifically in the Biomedical Engineering Department, to develop technology and research initiatives to advance dental medicine. During his training in Buffalo, Dr. Robinson participated in research on dental implants and bone physiology, and continues to receive advanced training on implants and the utilization of digital dental technology to optimize surgical and restorative outcomes. In addition, Dr. Robinson has advanced training in both sedation dentistry and pediatric dentistry through his residency program at The Ohio State University.
Outside of the practice Dr. Robinson loves spending time with his wife Megan, and his two children, Quinn and Grant. He is an avid golfer, enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, and being around family and friends. As a proud alumnus, Dr. Robinson attends many sporting events to cheer on the Hobart Statesmen and Ohio State Buckeyes. He is a self proclaimed wine connoisseur in training, enjoys culinary arts, reading, collecting antiques, and is always listening to jazz or classical music.
Dr. Troy Robinson was born and raised in Johnson City, NY. Upon graduating from Johnson City High School, Dr. Troy attended Hobart College where he received a BS degree in Chemistry and served as a captain for the football team in his senior season. Dr. Troy went on to receive his dental education at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He then completed an advanced general practice residency at Upstate Medical University prior to returning to the Binghamton area.
Through his education, Dr. Troy has learned the importance of taking a comprehensive medical approach in order to deliver safe, high quality dental care. He has a particular passion for dentoalveolar surgery, including placement of dental implants, extractions, bone augmentation, and more. However, he enjoys the inherent variety of general dentistry and finds fulfillment in establishing long – lasting relationships with his patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Troy enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling and simply spending quality time with his family and friends.
